VIRTUAL PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP We have created a Virtual Patient Participation Group and would like to receive your views and input. If you are interested in participating please contact the surgery.
NEW PATIENTS We are accepting new NHS patients to register with us. Littleton Surgery accepts new patient registrations for residents from the surrounding areas. Pop into the surgery and pick up a registration form.
WHOOPING COUGH VACCINATION If you are between 28 and 38 weeks pregnant you are eligible for a Pertussis vaccine to help protect your unborn baby. Please make an appointment with our Practice Nurse or speak to the Doctor during your ante-natal check up. PASSPORT FORMS AND PASSPORT PHOTOS
As from the 1st of February 2013 the Doctors are now able to sign passport application forms and photos. There is a charge of £30.00 and you must have been registered at Littleton Surgery for a minimum of 2 years. |
